Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units and match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Update Army logistics systems to reflect receipt transactions and stage/transfer items to designated warehouse or yard locations.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, generating and reviewing shipping documentation and coordinating with transportation teams on scheduling, loading, and dispatch.
  • •Maintain accurate logs and file shipping, receiving, and discrepancy reports in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and government auditing standards.
  • •Coordinate with Army supply personnel and site teams to resolve discrepancies, communicate status to supervisors/COR, and follow safety procedures during material handling.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s in logistics or supply is a plus.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems (highly desirable).
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and transportation documentation/standards (DTR 4500.9-R).
  • •Proficiency with logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
