•Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting.
•Perform buffing and paint touch-up work.
•Mix paint and use airbrush techniques as needed.
•Work in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning workflow using state-of-the-art tools.
•Follow production schedule requirements, including mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
