Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and process payments through the POS system.
  • •Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions correctly.
  • •Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and available options; assist with selections and answer questions.
  • •Support upselling by recommending additional items and options.
  • •Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time, complete end-of-day cash reconciliation, and prepare closing reports.

  • •2–3 years of experience as a Cashier in a high-quality counter-service or self-service restaurant.
  • •Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
  • •English language proficiency required.
  • •Arabic language skills preferred.
