Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Sales Teams and prospects to drive evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions.
  • •Understand and qualify customer goals using KPIs, and articulate how Algolia meets them.
  • •Assist in discovery through demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), RFP responses, and business justification.
  • •Develop custom search applications leveraging the Algolia ecosystem’s tools and frameworks.
  • •Advocate customer interests and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering, supporting seamless onboarding post-sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 97,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Italian and English.
  • •4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in SaaS.
  • •Previous software development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, React; and/or Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C.
  • •Experience with data formats and data transformation.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple competing customer demands with attention to detail.
