Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise technicians analyzing and reviewing equipment and facility performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyze equipment failures, lead root-cause investigations, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Provide technical guidance to division Operations Managers on plant equipment reliability and performance.
  • •Lead budgeting, planning, execution, and forecasting for projects within area of responsibility.
  • •Drive environmental regulatory compliance efforts and develop/review management of change (MOC) and project scopes (including drawing and engineering design reviews).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; 4-year engineering or science degree is preferred.
  • •Prior supervisory experience is preferred or at least 5 years of maintenance experience with mechanical and pipeline systems, preferably engine analysis and equipment automation.
  • •Knowledge of operations and maintenance of natural gas compressor facilities, including rotating equipment, controls, and facility systems (compressors and ancillary support systems).
  • •High level understanding of plant control systems, engine/turbine fundamentals, and exhaust emissions/emissions testing requirements.
  • •Ability to manage and lead work planning and budgeting, troubleshoot analytically, and read/interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and diagrams.
