Principal Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of major rail and transit infrastructure projects across all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, handover); manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful outcomes; build strong client and stakeholder relationships including government agencies; oversee contract management and procurement strategies (D&C, Alliance, PPP); lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on safety and governance.
