Job Summary

Own global emergency response and escalations for TikTok Shop’s EMEA E-commerce Governance & Experience team. Manage end-to-end policy escalation workflows, triage high-priority incidents, lead investigations, and execute containment responses to remove harmful content. Build expertise across e-commerce systems and data, develop scalable emergency/escalation frameworks, monitor KPIs, and analyze incidents to improve policies and compliance across legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage cross-domain e-commerce policy escalations end-to-end, driving cross-functional consensus and performing root-cause analyses to strengthen risk prevention and management.
•Triage high-priority escalations, lead investigations, and execute containment responses to detect and remove content tied to online risks and harms.
•Develop subject matter expertise across TikTok e-commerce infrastructure, policies, products, tools, systems, and data to resolve time-critical cross-domain problems.
•Create and improve frameworks and processes for emergency/escalation management, enabling scalable and sustainable solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Monitor key performance metrics and escalation trends, produce data-driven insights, and incorporate legal/regulatory governance needs into external responses.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in risk investigations/operations and policy/process development in an online operations, trust & safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligence research environment.
•Experience and/or demonstrable knowledge of e-commerce legal/regulatory/safety risk management and incident/crisis management.
•Ability to solve cross-functional problems by analyzing and translating data into actionable recommendations and business decisions.
•Proven ability to make important, high-quality decisions independently.
•Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred).
