Job Summary

Own the growth and capture strategy for Precision Engagement Systems (PES), bridging client needs with Anduril’s enterprise while working closely with technical teams to shape product features. Lead end-to-end business development across U.S. Army and Special Operations, Marines, Navy, and other domestic and international opportunities—from market assessment and competitive analysis to proposals, negotiations, delivery, and portfolio expansion for Bolt and Anvil tactical strike/CUAS systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Build a cohesive PES growth strategy within relevant DOW Program Executive Offices and DOS Acquisition Authorities, including competitive analysis and deal structuring.
•Lead end-to-end capture of major domestic DOW, DOS, State/Federal, and international opportunities from proposal strategy through product delivery.
•Coordinate with product teams on resource planning and drive favorable terms and contract types aligned to the PES forecast.
•Lead strategic expansion of the PES portfolio (Bolt/Anvil) through capture campaigns to close deals.
•Develop and coordinate programmatic funding and growth with Government Relations, Strategy, and adjacent business lines.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of business development, sales capture, or growth/acquisition experience in the government and/or private sector.
•Proven growth leadership with experience shaping and capturing complex programs within DoD and USG.
•Demonstrated knowledge of defense acquisitions, including scaling Program of Record defense program growth.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
•Must be located within commutable distance of Costa Mesa, California headquarters and be able to work on-site as needed.
