Key Responsibilities

  • •Support transfer of new products and packages from Technology/Subcon to the HVM site.
  • •Assist engineers with NPI qualification builds and execute customer and engineering sample builds according to planned timelines.
  • •Identify, investigate, document, and troubleshoot quality deviations; ensure corrective actions prevent reoccurrence.
  • •Assist with development and improvement of assembly processes, materials, and/or equipment, including conducting experiments (DOE) and implementing process changes.
  • •Coordinate training requirements and training materials; maintain assembly qualification procedures knowledge and evaluate/qualify new devices, equipment, and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Materials Engineering (Mechanical/Materials preferred).
  • •Experience in backend engineering process or package development preferred.
  • •Excellent observation, execution, and collaboration with team members.
  • •Ability to make basic sound data-driven decisions and apply due diligence in day-to-day tasks.
  • •Keen interest in semiconductor engineering and willingness to work 12-hour shifts and adopt AI-enabled manufacturing tools.
