•Support coordinated PMO activities for Mastercard’s Network Products portfolio, ensuring alignment across workstreams and products
•Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects
•Track and report program status, KPIs, risks, and dependencies with executive-ready updates
•Prepare executive materials, including status updates, governance reviews, and program dashboards
•Establish and maintain a single source of truth for product processes and enablement materials, and identify process improvements

Key Requirements

•Experienced product/program manager with a background in payments, financial services, or FinTech
•Strong understanding of payment network operations and core card transaction processing (authorization and clearing)
•Proven track record driving PMO execution across complex, multi-workstream programs
•Strong organizational and program management skills to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and BizOps
•Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-ready materials
