Subcontractor-Telephony Build and Hyper care

Provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise network and unified communication environments, focusing on architecture, governance, modernization, optimization, security, and operational excellence. Serve as an SME for network and voice infrastructure technologies, define roadmaps and architecture standards, and lead design, deployment, and optimization of LAN/WAN/WLAN and SD-WAN solutions. Architect and govern enterprise voice using Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Collaboration, SIP, and VoIP platforms.
