Senior Solutions Architect

Partner with the Enterprise field sales team to discover customer challenges and architect integrated solutions using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. Deliver compelling, custom demonstrations and technical Q&A, document enterprise processes and architectures, and articulate recommendations and business value. Support customer POCs/trials, standardize demo environments, and design reference architectures for integrations with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, and AI assistants.
