Provide L1.5 remote desktop assistance to end-users in Hyderabad, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot application, network, and configuration problems while documenting fixes and guiding users through resolutions. Coordinate with SCCM/Intune administrators to support endpoint management, software deployments, and compliance. Log and track incidents in ITSM tools, escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams, and deliver clear status updates to users.

Key Requirements
