Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage responses to RFQs and RFPs across multiple disciplines (transportation, water, environment/energy, PM/CM).
  • •Support proposal strategy development, planning, and win plan themes/discriminators throughout marketing materials.
  • •Develop proposal outlines and schedules for compliance, and run proposal review meetings to manage revisions.
  • •Gather materials from project teams and write, edit, and coordinate proposal content to meet client requirements.
  • •Coordinate graphics and subconsultant inputs, conduct QA/QC on materials, perform final InDesign layout, and update Salesforce with proposal information.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus at least 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and support proposal/marketing activity within the AEC industry, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Proficiency writing and editing proposal materials with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Experience coordinating proposal content and managing varied tasks on schedule, including strong organizational and time management skills.
  • •Prefer 3-4 years of proposal experience and comfort handling challenging situations with peers and internal clients.
  • •Proficiency with ADOBE Acrobat Suite (InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM Salesforce; experience with graphic design and layout is preferred.
