Job Summary

Own day-to-day operational oversight and delivery support for Yardi Investment Accounting (IA) on the Yardi Voyager platform. Partner with the Yardi Application Owner to shape delivery strategy, set team standards, and drive process and product improvements. Lead end-to-end delivery (requirements, testing, implementation, BAU handover), troubleshoot issues with business and development teams, and support vendor management, controls, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the Yardi IA Voyager platform.
•Implement key Yardi IA features and automation, coordinating with business, Yardi, and development teams to resolve issues promptly.
•Lead end-to-end delivery activities including planning, prioritisation, requirements and gap analysis, co-design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
•Analyse business requirements and define solutions spanning system changes and process changes, including client/system migrations and BAU handover.
•Own vendor management and continuous improvement, strengthening controls, reducing cost, increasing efficiency, managing risks, and maintaining process/training documentation.

Key Requirements

•Solid Real Estate domain knowledge.
•Strong knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting (IA) modules and Yardi Voyager.
•Proven experience implementing large-scale Yardi Voyager systems.
•Hands-on experience running/operating Yardi Voyager platforms in production.
•Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functionality and data movement processes.
