Job Summary

Process, track, and document inbound and outbound movement of Army equipment and materiel at a contractor-managed turn-in site. Ensure compliance with U.S. Army supply regulations and Defense Transportation Regulation requirements, maintain accurate property accountability, and coordinate with warehouse, supply, and transportation teams. You’ll update logistics systems, generate and verify shipping/receiving documentation, file discrepancy reports, and follow OSHA/HAZMAT safety and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and verify incoming equipment and match items to turn-in documentation; stage and transfer items to warehouse or yard locations.
•Prepare and process outbound shipments, generate/review shipping documentation, and coordinate with transportation teams for scheduling and dispatch.
•Maintain accurate logs and input transactions into Army-approved logistics/transportation systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II).
•File and maintain shipping, receiving, and discrepancy reports in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and government auditing standards.
•Resolve documentation/shipment discrepancies with Army unit supply personnel and coordinate with supply/warehouse teams while communicating status to site supervisors and the COR.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 19.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is preferred.
•2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment experience acceptable).
•Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems.
•Knowledge of Army regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
