Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment and match items to turn-in documentation; stage and transfer items to warehouse or yard locations.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, generate/review shipping documentation, and coordinate with transportation teams for scheduling and dispatch.
  • •Maintain accurate logs and input transactions into Army-approved logistics/transportation systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II).
  • •File and maintain shipping, receiving, and discrepancy reports in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and government auditing standards.
  • •Resolve documentation/shipment discrepancies with Army unit supply personnel and coordinate with supply/warehouse teams while communicating status to site supervisors and the COR.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 19.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment experience acceptable).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems.
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
