Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing for the CIS developer ecosystem.
  • •Accelerate partner adoption by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, blueprints) into partner products and pipelines.
  • •Guide partner onboarding and integration using technical resources such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to support co-innovation.
  • •Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to shape roadmaps and adoption strategies.
  • •Engage partner technical leaders through regular syncs to resolve technical challenges and share critical field insights with NVIDIA product teams; represent NVIDIA at industry and developer events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, including 5+ years with hands-on work in the CIS region.
  • •Experience leading and scaling developer programs and working on product integrations with technology platforms (ISV or similar).
  • •Strong technical depth in AI/ML, including customization of open models or building agentic systems and integrating software libraries.
  • •Ability to structure complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate cross-functionally and with partners.
