Job Summary

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver building materials to commercial and residential job sites. Inspect and prepare your truck/trailer, load/unload materials, and deliver freight undamaged while meeting customer-directed routes and deadlines. Maintain required compliance records, report accidents, and follow DOT and state/federal regulations. Provide world-class customer service and work as a team player with a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver freight undamaged in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
•Inspect truck/trailer for defects and safely load building materials onto a flatbed or boom truck and unload at customer sites.
•Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others while delivering, loading/unloading, and operating the vehicle/boom.
•Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations, and report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
•Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude while working as a team player.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), with minimum Class B and Class A strongly preferred.
•Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
•Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and ability to follow compliance requirements.
•Ability to lift heavy building materials (up to 80–100+ lbs as stated) and safely load/unload and deliver while providing excellent customer service.
