Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for lending-related servicing needs, ensuring timely execution of transactions and proactive resolution of client inquiries.
  • •Lead cross-functional coordination with Relationship Managers, Credit, Portfolio Management, Operations and Risk to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of lending processes.
  • •Oversee loan pipeline management, track deal status, ensure timelines are met and facilitate communication across stakeholders.
  • •Provide input for staffing, career development, and hands-on training in lending workflows, systems and client servicing standards.
  • •Support budget management processes, including resource allocation and efficiency initiatives tied to lending support functions.
