Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute TradingView’s global market data commercial strategy.
  • •Own strategic relationships with exchanges and data providers and lead major commercial negotiations.
  • •Shape licensing and contract frameworks, including display/non-display usage and licensing rights/obligations.
  • •Build fact-based portfolio economics views, assess new data opportunities, and develop business cases and metrics.
  • •Provide senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance and advise senior leadership on major market data decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in market data, ideally from an exchange, market data provider, broker, trading platform, investment firm, or similar financial markets business.
  • •Track record of personally leading complex negotiations directly with exchanges and market data providers.
  • •Deep understanding of market data licensing, exchange policies, pricing structures, and commercial models.
  • •Strong knowledge of licensing concepts including display vs non-display usage, redistribution, derived data, enterprise licensing, and audit/true-up mechanisms.
  • •Experience managing senior relationships and leading/developing specialist teams while working effectively with deep domain experts.
