Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely execute plate-driven projects on schedule and on budget.
  • •Develop and maintain the overall APU capital plan and maintain the APU capital project portfolio.
  • •Ensure improvement activities are completed for APU key cost centers to improve uptime.
  • •Drive job planning with APU resources to improve key equipment reliability and capacity.
  • •Supervise and train APU and 3rd-party engineering teams, including workload assignments for the PAU Engineering Group.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years of work experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or reliability plant engineering project experience.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering disciplines.
  • •Strong background in industrial automation, including PLCs and HMI systems.
  • •Experience with system integration, control logic development, and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
  • •Experience with energy management systems and utility optimization.
