Job Summary

Lead execution of plate-driven projects in partnership with Plate Maintenance groups to ensure consistent, high-quality project and maintenance outcomes. Manage the APU capital plan and maintain the APU capital project portfolio, driving improvements for key cost centers and uptime. Plan work with APU resources to improve equipment reliability and capacity, review capital funding requests, and supervise/training APU and 3rd-party engineering teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely execute plate-driven projects on schedule and on budget.
•Develop and maintain the overall APU capital plan and maintain the APU capital project portfolio.
•Ensure improvement activities are completed for APU key cost centers to improve uptime.
•Drive job planning with APU resources to improve key equipment reliability and capacity.
•Supervise and train APU and 3rd-party engineering teams, including workload assignments for the PAU Engineering Group.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years of work experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or reliability plant engineering project experience.
•Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering disciplines.
•Strong background in industrial automation, including PLCs and HMI systems.
•Experience with system integration, control logic development, and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
•Experience with energy management systems and utility optimization.
