Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the assigned warehouse operation to deliver optimum quality, performance, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Plan and organize stock based on changing operational requirements to ensure inventory availability and improved security.
  • •Deploy and manage all warehouse staff daily, monitoring absences and ensuring efficient operations.
  • •Monitor and report warehouse performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring inbound is cleared quickly and outbound orders dispatch on schedule.
  • •Coordinate logistics with the Transport department and ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations, regulations, and Quality, Health and Safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • •4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience in a FMCG warehouse operations environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ISO standards and practical application of H&S and QA practices.
  • •Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (freezers and chillers).
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
