  • •Own the end-to-end Production Budget process, including season planning and detailed preparation.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and season planning with pacing, reporting, and variance/risk/opportunity analysis.
  • •Support monthly close activities and produce accurate post-close financial reporting for leadership.
  • •Manage and develop a small team handling invoice coding, vendor coordination, and production budget actualization/show models.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Production, Operations, and Scheduling; support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • •Prior experience with global ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • •CPA or CORE experience preferred.
