•Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team accountable for supplier delivery performance aligned with customer commitments.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service to achieve shared objectives.
•Translate customer service priorities into actionable plans for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
•Identify and communicate risks impacting supply chain and manufacturing performance, ensuring accountability and transparency.
•Deliver end-to-end resolutions of customer supply issues and monitor recovery plans with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, in Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace, Operations Management, Finance, International Trade, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in complex, matrixed environments.
•Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
•High autonomy, ability to operate in ambiguous environments, and a results-oriented mindset with strict timelines.
•Experience in aerospace and/or supply chain is a strong asset; fluency in English and French required.
