Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Record To Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of general accounting, reporting, fixed assets, statutory accounting, and tax services in line with SLAs.
•Manage month-end RTR close to ensure timely closing and reporting, ensuring ICFR compliance.
•Provide leadership and coaching, assign tasks, conduct performance appraisals, and develop staff within the RTR team.
•Coordinate transition activities with project teams and liaise with regional/local Finance to support BAU month-end reporting.
•Maintain stakeholder management and ensure SLA deadlines are met for the RTR team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc.)
•5-7 years of experience in General Ledger operations
•1-2 years of supervisory experience
•Experience in using ERP systems
•Shared services centre experience
