•Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and in district in absence of leadership team.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
•Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
•Lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
•Enforce and adhere to company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer focus to mentor team on clienteling strategy and build long-term relationships.
