Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onboarding and training led by HR leaders, supported by a mentor throughout the year.
  • •Participate in three HR rotations that may include HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Development, HR Shared Services, and Employee Relations.
  • •Conduct competitor analysis to inform talent acquisition and employer brand marketing strategies.
  • •Build dashboards and interpret data to prepare materials for leadership meetings.
  • •Develop recommendations and projects across colleague experience, early career development, and compensation and diversity initiatives.
