  • •Recognize, evaluate, and make dispositions for wholesomeness of whole birds and visceras prior to USDA inspection.
  • •Remove and discard systemic diseased birds and/or viscera packages.
  • •Remove parts due to disease and contamination.
  • •Remove birds from the line for reprocessing due to defects and assist with other jobs as directed by supervision.
  • •Trim disease and contamination from the product as necessary.
