Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify, structure, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases.
  • •Translate complex business challenges into AI opportunities with measurable impact and ROI.
  • •Design and implement AI Governance models, covering ownership, policies, control processes, risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
  • •Assess data maturity and organizational readiness for AI adoption, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities.
  • •Define AI-driven transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with regulatory, ethical, and security requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data & AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, or innovation program management.
  • •Proven track record in leading discovery processes and workshops with business stakeholders across different hierarchical levels.
  • •Solid experience in defining or implementing AI or Data governance models (policies, processes, and controls).
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Fine-tuning, and Prompt Engineering, and ability to articulate business needs with technical data teams.
  • •Knowledge of AI operating models (centralized, federated, or hybrid) and experience in maturity assessments and familiarity with EU AI Act, GDPR, and NIST AI RMF.
