Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across designated markets.
  • •Assist with negotiating lease terms for new stores, renewals, and relocations under senior leasing staff guidance.
  • •Prepare LOIs, proposals, and lease deal summaries; liaise with landlords for documentation follow-up, approvals, and handovers.
  • •Conduct site visits and gather data (foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and competitive environment) to support internal decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management.
  • •Exposure to retail leasing processes in GCC markets is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills.
