Key Responsibilities

  • •Author and update flight operations manuals according to STL-defined Flight Operational Standards, aircraft definitions, and operational feedback.
  • •Manage aircraft configuration coverage to ensure alignment with relevant flight operations manuals.
  • •Answer customer queries on aircraft weight & balance topics and loadsheet operational software (FlySmart+ Loadsheet Modules, LTS).
  • •Conduct functional testing for new versions of the weight & balance operational software.
  • •Deliver weight & balance training sessions across the Airbus fleet and provide Trimsheet Package Services to operators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in aeronautical engineering.
  • •2 to 5 years of experience in airline operations or equivalent.
  • •Advanced English communication skills.
  • •Operational aircraft weight & balance knowledge and general knowledge of aircraft systems.
  • •Project management knowledge and ability to provide coaching and training; presentation skills are required.
