Job Summary

Lead consulting engagements for clients in Japan within Visa’s Commercial Money Movement Solutions business. You’ll be the main focal point, coordinating across client teams, internal stakeholders, and outsourcing partners to scope, propose, contract, and deliver projects end to end. Drive initiative development through strategic methodologies and quantitative analysis, manage team performance and delivery quality, and grow partnerships through executive-level relationship management and thought leadership.

•Lead consulting engagements as the main focal point, coordinating client teams, internal stakeholders, and outsourcing partners.

•Drive initiative development for client CMS business growth using strategic consulting methodologies and deep quantitative analyses.
•Support new business development, business strategy, go-to-market strategy, and product/customer journey design.
•Manage client relationships with executives and key frontline members, coach team members, and oversee project setup and compliance tasks.

Key Requirements

•Fluent Japanese and at least business level English proficiency.
•10+ years of experience with a track record in strategy, IT consulting, and/or project management.

•Superior analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with ability to lead and inspire team members.
