Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and optimize process conditions and technologies to enhance capability and reduce cost for DRAM CMP.
  • •Drive process management projects and introduce new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKM).
  • •Evaluate and introduce new equipment/functionality using demo, H2H, and TOR evaluation processes.
  • •Lead problem-solving analysis and corrective actions through top-level task forces for rapid recovery and root cause resolution.
  • •Collaborate with global peers and cross-functional partners, track fab performance metrics, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on CMP process development experience, preferably for DRAM or advanced memory technologies.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • •Experience driving cross-functional technical teams to complete complex projects.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated interpersonal skills to influence and motivate.
  • •Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
