Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Optical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • •Experience using optical and RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, attenuators).
  • •5+ years developing test automation software (C#, Python, or Matlab).
  • •Strong understanding of high-speed modem components (e.g., coherent driver-modulators, intradyne coherent-receivers, semiconductor lasers/amplifiers, tunable filters).
  • •Production statistics knowledge (e.g., Cpk analysis, paretos) and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
