Job Summary

Drive sales enablement and training for Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) North America sales team. In this do-er role, you’ll design and execute regional sales programs, localize enablement content with market intelligence, and ensure materials are accessible on Compass Highspot hubs. Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Seller Experience to improve seller ramp-up and performance using data, metrics, and continuous program refinement.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute a regional enablement strategy aligned to VAS go-to-market priorities.
•Create training content using local market intelligence, competitive positioning, and data for more effective selling.
•Design and deliver enablement programs (e.g., Sales Bootcamps, targeted play & enablement deployments, customized learning journeys) based on GTM success expectations.
•Localize client-facing narratives and materials with Regional Solutions and Marketing, translating field lessons into bite-sized training content.
•Define and track enablement metrics (e.g., ramp-up time, completion rates, certification attainment) and use feedback and analytics to continuously improve programs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in technology or payments.
•Ability to work across multiple markets (ideally NA) and localize content using market intelligence.
•Familiarity with digital learning approaches, including AI-enabled content development, and proven ability to design and deliver training for B2B sales teams.
