Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or support other advisors in managing client engagements.
  • •Determine client allocations based on investment objectives, risk tolerance, net worth, income, and investment experience.
  • •Execute investment and planning activities such as rebalancing, money movements, RMDs, tax loss harvesting, and charitable planning.
  • •Actively service client accounts, including tracking asset transfers, preparing performance reports, processing transaction requests, and handling account paperwork.
  • •Prepare for meetings and manage follow-up actions; create proposals and coordinate with clients’ attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of wealth management experience (additional experience considered).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, law, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning software is preferred.
  • •Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects and maintain organized task management.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and influence/consensus-building ability.
