Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture and delivery of agentic workflows that enable marketing self-serve content creation and publishing across web properties, partnering with marketing to define quality criteria
•Partner on CMS architecture so the content model supports agent read/write workflows and ensures agent-generated content is structured for AI-driven discovery
•Build and own a domain agent reliability system including output quality criteria, eval suites, behavioral regression testing, and feedback loops based on marketer approvals/edits/rejections
•Architect human-in-the-loop review across the publishing pipeline, including proposal/commit separation, diff-based review UI, approval routing, notifications, and audit logging
•Encode brand, legal, and compliance constraints as enforceable guardrails in agent workflows and ensure produced content meets surface quality and brand standards

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•12+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical ownership on production systems
•Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production, including quality and evaluation frameworks for generative outputs
•Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop system design, including approval workflows, review interfaces, audit logging, and guardrail implementation
•Deep understanding of how agents interact with content systems, publishing pipelines, and web infrastructure (CMS, deployment pipelines, edge delivery)
•Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into agent architecture and to mentor engineers
