Job Summary

Dynamic Community Manager for Forma in the US who will own and grow a national architecture community. Drive engagement, build relationships, spark conversations about Forma Site Design at events and online, collaborate with a dispersed team, and translate insights into a data-driven growth strategy and product feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale the Forma content creators program, empowering users to become advocates and content creators.
•Spark, participate in, and amplify discussions across LinkedIn, Reddit, and associated forums with a focus on the US market.
•Input into a growth-led community strategy grounded in data, experimentation, and user insights.
•Represent Forma at key architecture events and conferences, building relationships and driving engagement.
•Support feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Key Requirements

•Experienced architect with deep network and credibility within the architecture community.
•Comfortable with ownership and execution—able to take ideas from concept to reality and drive outcomes across the full community marketing toolkit.
•Able to identify blockers slowing the team and work with stakeholders to clear the way.
•Excellent communication skills; natural storyteller and connector, comfortable presenting to peers in the industry.
•Basic video editing skills and technically proficient with architecture software and common tools (Office, Copilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom).
