Key Responsibilities

•Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
•Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
•Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
•Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
•Maintain accurate, confidential HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay current on research and best practices.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually
