Job Summary

Execute offensive security assessments for HALA, running red teaming, adversary simulation, and penetration tests to uncover exploitable vulnerabilities across apps, cloud, APIs, and payment/merchant platforms. Document attack pathways and findings for both technical and executive audiences, and provide actionable remediation guidance to Product/Engineering. Collaborate with Defense/SOC teams to validate and improve detection and response capabilities aligned to SAMA CSF and NCA ECC.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute offensive security assessments including red teaming, adversary simulation, and penetration testing aligned with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC requirements.
•Run controlled attack exercises on apps, cloud, APIs, and payment/merchant platforms to validate real-world exploitability.
•Perform advanced penetration testing and source code reviews to identify deeply rooted vulnerabilities and improve detections with Defense/SOC teams.
•Maintain and use offensive tooling and lab environments while strictly following rules of engagement to ensure safe testing with zero business disruption.
•Deliver detailed remediation guidance to Product/Engineering and ensure evidence and reporting align with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC control objectives and audit expectations.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in offensive security assessments and penetration testing.
•At least one recognized offensive security certification (OSCP, CRTO, eCPPT, or equivalent).
•Preferred certifications include OSEP, OSWE, GXPN, GWAPT, GPEN, or CRTP/CRTE for advanced red team and adversary-simulation depth.
•Ability to conduct controlled attack exercises across apps, cloud, APIs, and payment/merchant platforms to validate exploitability.
•Experience documenting findings and attack pathways and aligning assessment activities with SAMA CSF and NCA ECC requirements.
