Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales-driven KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Have at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Able to work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
