Key Responsibilities

  • •Support management to lead the AI transformation within the organization.
  • •Develop and maintain an AI Transformation roadmap, including monitoring and KPI tracking to ensure transparency on progress.
  • •Guide management and the team in identifying, evaluating, and embedding high-value AI use cases.
  • •Define governance and regulatory compliance frameworks to meet aviation and legal requirements using AI.
  • •Establish standards and architectures to scale AI projects into sustainable enterprise solutions; manage partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and tech partners aligned with aviation security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Informatics (or related field).
  • •Proven track record leading projects in IT or AI environments.
