•Lead and manage Technical Services Department staff, including succession planning
•Establish, implement, and enforce technical policies for insulation products and systems
•Support Insulation Division growth by making well-informed decisions and balancing risks vs. sales opportunities
•Approve or deny non-standard use/application requests for company products, including special warranty requests
•Lead R&D efforts to bring new solutions to market to increase sales and protect against industry threats
