•Assist cross-team communication, including following up on merchant live broadcasts and supporting merchant onboarding and product uploading processes.
•Support optimization of onboarding and product uploading workflows to improve operational capabilities and merchant output.
•Track and analyze outcomes of key special projects and promotional activities, including product selection and submission.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master degree, graduating in or after 2026.
•Able to commit to at least a 12-week internship period (full-time or part-time).
•Proficient in both English and German to collaborate with internal and external clients.
•Strong interest in the e-commerce industry with curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
•Understanding of TikTok’s short video and live broadcast ecosystems.
