Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it is safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive consistently and safely while maintaining a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Meet role-specific licensing and notary requirements within the stated timeframes (including state-specific requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading hauler vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •All applicants must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a notary within the first 90 days; and meet state-specific DMV/title access requirements and specialty license requirements (e.g., chauffeur’s license or vehicle verifier).
