Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments to operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.
•Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to implement scalable AI-driven solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems and frameworks.
•Lead the deployment of architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring robust integration with APIs, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
•Architect LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems to support tool use, memory, and decision-making, including RAG pipelines.
•Provide strong consulting to plan, execute, and deliver complex client engagements, solving real business problems.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level with at least 8 years of commercial experience
•Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks

•Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making
•Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources
