Job Summary

Own the end-to-end shopping experience for a defined portfolio of retail categories, translating customer promises into shipped, highly differentiated product bets. Lead category strategy, optimize merchandising and storefront surfaces, and leverage shared platform capabilities (e.g., returns and fulfillment) to build bespoke experiences. Partner closely with BD, Sales, Catalog, Search, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, using data and experimentation to drive conversion and repeat purchases.

•Execute signature product bets by translating category promises into concrete, testable initiatives and shipping end to end.
•Optimize category merchandising and storefront surfaces to differentiate verticals while maintaining a cohesive retail experience.
•Partner with shared platform capabilities to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
•Measure impact using data, customer insight, and experimentation to set success metrics and improve conversion and repeat purchases.

•Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
•Proven ability to deliver 0-to-1 innovation and ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences in ambiguous contexts.
•Strong analytical capabilities, including defining success metrics and using experimentation to measure category-level impact.
•Experience partnering cross-functionally with product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) and commercial teams (BD, Sales) to align strategy with business needs.
•A customer-obsessed product instinct, with intuition for customer behavior and how to design retention-driving experiences.
