Principal Engineer, Geotechnical

Lead geotechnical engineering work for assigned projects, owning technical direction and deliverable quality. Support project bidding by preparing technical proposals, methodologies, and tender deliverables. Build and manage the geotechnical department day to day, ensure compliance with local codes and company governance, and develop work plans to meet schedule targets. Mentor junior engineers, resolve design technical challenges, and ensure verification, filing, and version-controlled, traceable documentation.
