Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safe work policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, hygiene standards, and use of PPE.
  • •Liaise with the Stores Supervisor to pick customer orders for delivery and/or pack container shipments.
  • •Assist in wrapping and strapping manufactured product and store it in accordance with Australia DG code requirements.
  • •Assist with loading delivery vehicles and containers; off-load, verify quantities, and sign off delivery receipts for products delivered into Klen.
  • •Support housekeeping in stores, DG bunkers and yard; participate in stock counts, safety meetings, and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 2 years’ experience in warehousing of DG goods and loading containers.
  • •Certification in the warehousing of Dangerous Goods.
  • •Forklift license is required.
  • •Preferred: certification in Maritime General Awareness and Maritime function specific.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high accuracy in picking and processing orders.
