Property Financial Controller

Own the month-end close and financial reporting for Flow’s property portfolio in KSA, ensuring accurate accounting records and regulatory compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and SOCPA standards, while compiling and analyzing property-level financial data and cash flow. Coordinate with internal teams and external property managers, including tenant and vendor billing and payment oversight.
